A spicy mix of red and green leaves that includes spicy items such as; arugula, red giant mustard, Bianca Riccia endive with a mild base of red lettuces, kyona mizuna and tatsoi.
Spicy Mesclun Mix
Arugula
A traditional Italian green, Arugula has a unique flavor that is both spicy and nutty. We use this green in salads (alone or with a mix of greens). Arugula also makes an excellent pesto sauce for use on pasta or bruchetta.
